Since we’re coming up on Amnesia Brewing’s Single Hop Festival tomorrow, I dug way back in the archives for this shot. These are very early batches from Amnesia Brewing: #14, #15, #16, #17, dating all the way back to January 2004. These tape strips are used to temporarily label what’s currently in the fermentation and serving vessels. Amnesia made a habit of keeping these and slapping them on the cooler (also seen here). We’ll see you tomorrow!
