On Friday October 21, Matt Van Wyk from Oakshire Brewing in Eugene will be hosting the next Brewer’s Dinner at Wildwood Restaurant & Bar. He is bringing a fun lineup of seasonal and one-off beers to pair with six courses from Sous Chef Paul Kasten. Matt and Paul teamed up last week to work the Farm to Table Pavilion at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, CO, and are looking forward to sharing some tasty beer and food with the home crowd in Portland.
