This is Alameda's famed Yellow Wolf Imperial IPA with a Thai twist! Dried mangoes, flaked coconut, Thai basil and ginger are all added to this year round favorite. The brewers switched the usual malts out for organic and kept it extra hoppy, as usual!

This is Ambacht's Bourbon barrel aged honey triple made from all organically grown malts and organic hops from Goschie Farms. They used honey instead of candi sugar to add a degree of complexity and then aged the beer for three months in Bourbon barrels acquired from Hair of the Dog (their Adam was stored for over two years in these barrels). They chose to use these "tempered" barrels because it brought the level of Bourbon down to where it balanced nicely with the Honey Triple.See if you can detect all the flavor notes in this one-of-a-kind beer.

This is Ambacht's Golden Rose Farmhouse Ale made with all organically grown malts and organic hops from Goschie Farms. Rose hips were added after the primary fermentation was complete, just enough to give a hint of fruitiness. Keg conditioning gives this beer a degree of complexity and accentuates the malt sweetness in this dry beer. A wonderful beer for a hot afternoon. This is the beer that won the Monaco Cup in 2010 and goes great with rich dishes.

This beer was made with almost all organic material except for one small addition of Centennial hops and one of Cluster. This is a mild IPA, more in line with a British version of the style. Lompoc used more than one pound per barrel of organic Fuggle hops from Ploughman Farms in Veneta, Oregon. This beer is a deep golden hued ale that has a mild fruity ester in the nose. The hops provide a soft, floral note. Medium-bodied through the mid mouth, this beer finishes moderately bitter and clean.

The real flavor in this beer comes from the organic herbs elderflower, grains of paradise, lemon myrtle and lemon balm. The lemon balm and lemon myrtle are used in conjunction: one is stronger in flavor, while the other is stronger in aroma. Neither are added in an amount to give the beer an overpowered lemon presence, but enough to bring in some lemon flavor without overwhelming the palate. The elderflower provides a mild, tart/bitter character, while the grains of paradise - an aromatic peppercorn - are added in low enough quantities to bring depth to the elderflower without leaving a spicy or astringent aftertaste.
