Let's start this off by admitting that I know very little about the Belgian Quadrupel style.  I've had several versions, La Trappe Quadrupel, St. Bernardus Abt 12, Trappistes Rochefort 10, Allagash Grand Cru, and so forth. Since we're coming up on Amnesia Brewing's Single Hop Festival tomorrow, I dug way back in the archives for this shot.  These are very early batches from Amnesia Brewing: #14, #15, #16, #17, dating all the way back to January 2004. These tape strips are used to temporarily label what's currently in the fermentation and serving vessels.
